1Acceptance

By downloading or using Tabimi ("the app"), provided by Sensus AI ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Tabimi on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in line with the App Store Terms of Service.

3Your data is yours

Tabimi stores everything you create on your own device. We receive no user data from the app and hold no copy of your content. You are responsible for your own backups; see our Privacy Policy for details on how data stays on your device.

4Acceptable use

Please use Tabimi lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with the app's intended operation, and do not use it in any way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others. Do not rely on the app for navigation, emergency, or safety-critical purposes.

5Provided "as is"

Tabimi is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of maps or location. Map data is provided by Apple and other providers and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

6Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sensus AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. This does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
